INSTRUCTIONS
Send us two copies of the papers to be served. Please supply us with your contact information, along with any special instructions you may have. For out of state Process indicate whether the Original Summons needs to be served, as state rules do vary. We require payment in advance. Attorneys and Process Servers may pay with company check or by credit card. Print the credit card authorization form located at the bottom of this page (Pay Now link) and fax it to us. For overnight, deliveries contact us first for a physical address and Special instructions. Do not send your papers without first calling us. This way we can schedule and prioritize the service accordingly. Clients from outside our local area can send their documents to us for issuance by the appropriate court. If you want your papers returned quickly, please enclose a Fed-Ex shipping label or a self addressed stamped envelope. We will prepare our own Affidavit of Service or we can use your Affidavit if you supply us with one. We will notarize at no additional charge, if you so request. We will make three attempts to serve your papers. After the third attempt we will prepare an Affidavit of Due Diligence. We will also call and ask if you want us to continue attempting service, for an additional fee. We will never non-serve your papers without first checking with you.
